Franco Racquet Sports is a fun and engaging tennis and pickleball program, focusing on improving the quality of life of families through tennis. We bring a fun, tennis experience to students, where they can be active, develop their athletic skills, and learn about the best sport.

The ideal coach will have previous tennis playing experience, teaching experience, has a passion to learn, be part of a team, and see its students improve. The most important part of the job is to provide a great experience to students based on Franco Racquet Sports's guidelines. This is what separates us from anyone else, we are in the business of changing people's lives through tennis. Every Franco Racquet Sports coach must complete a background check and go through a series of workshops to be eligible to coach. We make sure you use developmentally appropriate techniques and superior customer service. We believe these tools will serve you not only while working for Franco Racquet Sports but also in your professional career.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Education: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
-Availability: You will need to be available at least two fo the following days and times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (5PM to 9PM) and Saturday 8AM to Noon.
-Must have played tennis at a high level
-Preferably has at least one year of experience teaching any sport
*Salary: We pay an hourly wage of between $18 and $34 per hour to start, pay will depend on experience. Bonus available for coaches teaching 12 hours.

The ideal coach MUST be:
-Responsible: Arrives on time, can handle a group of 6 students, keeps attendance, communicates well with parents and director.
-Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly, and courteous with parents, students, and directors.
-Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with students of all ages (5 years old to 99 Years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making their class the best hour of their week. You must be very outgoing, creative, and able to be fun with the children.
-Sports Consultant: Being comfortable being the tennis expert for your students, including recommending the change in equipment, increase physical activity, or other when you feel is necessary.
-Pro-Active and Go-Getter: It is very important that you are not shy about being hands-on in growing your area and trying to improve yourself. We take care of coaches that perform well.
